Chicken thigh, water, modified corn starch, canola oil, salt, dextrose, potato starch, sodium phosphate, garlic powder, dehydrated garlic, spices, onion powder, flavour (salt).

Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place 6 skewers on an oven-safe tray and heat for 15-16 minutes. Turn over skewers once halfway. 

Broil/Grill/BBQ: Preheat to high heat. Heat for 5 minutes, either on a lightly greased baking sheet, directly on the grill, or in a BBQ metal basket. Turn skewers once halfway through preparing. 

Microwave: Place 2 skewers in the microwave. Heat on high temperature for 2-2:30 minutes. Microwave may vary; adjust re-heat time to individual microwave.
